I use a powerful Breathwork technique, as taught by David Elliot, which is an active meditation technique facilitating emotional release. It can change emotional default settings set in place in early childhood, release lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition and open your heart to increase gratitude and self-love and your ultimate truth. We often carry unhealthy subconscious thoughts and beliefs that are so ingrained in our minds and bodies that we automatically default to them in our daily lives which negatively impact our relationships and life in general.
Through Breathwork we can release subconscious thoughts, habits and beliefs that do not serve our highest self. You don’t have to go through years of therapy to uncover them. If you surrender to the breath and release control of the mind and body, the breath will bring up and release all of these patterns for healing. Breathwork is a self-healing practice that has changed my life and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox the gunk that sets in our body and cells. It literally breaks apart negative energy set in our bodies and dissolves it back to love.
In a typical individual breathwork healing session, we will talk for 20 minutes about what needs to shift and heal in your life and then you lay down and I guide you through the Breathwork healing. Simultaneously I will use energy healing techniques, oils, smudging and sound to help further break up negative patterns and open up all of your energy centers to the degree that is appropriate for you in that moment. An incredibly transformational and elevating healing experience which allows you to have more clarity, focus, expansiveness and vibrate higher.
