Yes! Throughout this 9-moon journey, we’ve created an intimate and interactive container to foster connection. Shehera will actively engage with participants, providing direct feedback and insights through our online platform. You’ll also have opportunities to interact during live sessions with the master teachers and within the community space, creating a supportive network for your growth. If you need additional support, we highly suggest adding one on one mentorship.

Absolutely! We offer flexible monthly payment plans to make the program accessible and manageable for a wide range of budgets. 

The course is designed to flow with your lifestyle, whether you have abundant time or a busy schedule. We suggest setting aside about 3-4 hours per month to work with the teachings and practices for each moon. For those attending live events or reviewing recordings, plan for an additional 4 hours per month. Any extra time spent connecting with the community or deepening your personal practice is entirely up to you.

We provide “soul work” to support the integration of course teachings into your life. These practices are designed to deepen your embodiment of the material without feeling like tests or assignments. This is a sacred journey, not a graded curriculum.

Having said that, this program is accredited through Yoga Alliance and CPD (Continuing professional development) which are both globally renowned and recognized institutions and will deem you continuing education hours for this program.)

In addition to Yoga Alliance, we have been a member of the CPD Standards Office since 2025 and have passed the rigorous assessment process for our training activities to become an accredited CPD provider. This accreditation sets us apart as a trusted provider of CPD-accredited training and enables us to issue formal CPD certificates post-training courses, ensuring delegates can achieve mandatory and reflective CPD requirements.
