RESERVATION POLICIES:

By booking a service or event with Anahata Holistic Healing, you agree to the following terms:

  • Reservations for workshops, retreats, or private sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

  • Full payment for all services is due prior to the scheduled session or event, as specified at the time of booking.

  • Spaces for events and workshops are limited; reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life is unpredictable. However, to honor the time and effort required to plan our offerings, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a reschedule or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • Workshops and Events: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your reservation to another participant with prior notice or choose to use it for same event at another time.

  • Retreats: Deposits for retreats are non-refundable. Full refunds (excluding the deposit) are available for cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

At Anahata Holistic Healing, your health and well-being are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to participating in any service, event, or retreat.

  • Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness for any activity or session.

  • Anahata Holistic Healing and its representatives are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All services are complementary to, and not a substitute for, professional medical treatment.

  • By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your participation.

RETURNS:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product you purchase from Anahata Holistic Healing. Please note the following return terms:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for products in unused and perfect condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns, unless the item is defective upon arrival.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of defect (e.g., photos) may be required.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
