I'm Shehera Barnes, founder of Anahata Holistic Healing, ascension teacher, spiritual guide, sound and energy healer, and facilitator of transformational experiences around the world.
For more than a decade, I have devoted my work to helping people return to the wisdom already within them. My path weaves together ancient teachings, energy healing, sacred sound, meditation, embodiment and ceremony, not as ways to escape the human experience, but to meet it more fully.
I believe true transformation begins when we stop looking outside ourselves for the answers and deepen our relationship with our own inner knowing. My role is not to give you your power, but to help you remember that it was always yours.
From private healing and practitioner trainings to Mystery School, mentorship and sacred pilgrimages, everything I offer is rooted in that intention.

About Anahata
Anahata is the Sanskrit word for the heart chakra, the energetic center associated with love, compassion and connection.
It is also the heart of this work.
Anahata Holistic Healing was founded as a space for people to return to themselves through energy healing, sacred sound, meditation, embodiment and spiritual practice.
Over the years, that work has grown beyond individual healing into a community devoted to deeper transformation, practitioner education, feminine wisdom, mentorship and sacred pilgrimage.
Whether you come for a private session, enter a training, join the Mystery School or travel with us to a sacred site, each experience offers a different doorway into the same work: cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself, your inner knowing and the life you are here to live.

Both. Sessions are held in person in Beverly Hills and remotely for clients across the United States. The setting differs; the care and intention held in the session does not.
