From the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid to the temples of Isis, Hathor and Sekhmet, we will travel through Egypt with intention. Each sacred place offers space for ceremony, reflection and a deeper relationship with the wisdom you carry within.
Our journey moves between ancient temples and the waters of the Nile. We will gather for meditation, sound healing, movement and sacred practice, with time to rest and integrate along the way.

Walk Through the Temples of Egypt
Throughout this 11-day retreat, you will visit 11 carefully selected sacred locations, including the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Sphinx, and ancient temple complexes along the Nile. These places have held significance for reflection, ceremony, and initiation for thousands of years.
Each temple offers a distinct experience. Guided meditation, breathwork, and ceremonial practices create space to listen more deeply, restore balance, and connect with your own inner wisdom.
Ancient teachings and contemporary healing practices come together as you experience these sacred places in person, with time to absorb what each one awakens within you.

Sail the Nile in Comfort
A central part of our retreat is a private sailing journey aboard a traditional Dahabiya. The Nile has been central to life in Egypt for thousands of years. Traveling along it brings time for rest alongside our visits to temples and sacred sites.
Between our experiences on land, you can sit on deck, journal, share a meal, or take in the changing views of the river.

Comfort and time to rest are part of the pilgrimage. Our accommodations give you space to settle between days at the temples.

Throughout the retreat, you will stay in selected five-star hotels in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan, together with our sailing experience aboard a traditional Dahabiya.

Sheherazad Barnes
Shehera is the founder of Anahata Holistic Healing, an ascension teacher, spiritual guide, energy and sound healer, and teacher of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. For more than a decade, she has guided people through healing experiences, transformational programs, retreats, and sacred pilgrimages around the world.
Her work brings together ancient wisdom, energy medicine, sound healing, meditation, movement, and ceremony. She creates space for people to connect with their own wisdom and bring what they learn into their daily lives.
Shehera has a deep connection to the Egyptian mystery schools and the stories of the gods and goddesses of ancient Egypt. This pilgrimage brings that lifelong devotion together with her experience leading groups through sacred places and inner work.
In Egypt, she will guide our practices and ceremonies while holding space for each person to meet the temples, the land, and their own experience with care and intention.

The hotels offer access to each city’s cultural life, from souks and restaurants to evenings spent exploring. Hotels may change based on availability and group size while maintaining the same standard of comfort and care.

An English-speaking Egyptian spiritual guide will travel with our group throughout the journey. Travel advisors will help coordinate our accommodations and travel within Egypt.
