Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. It can be used to heal yourself, your loved ones, your pets, and many other things.  The attunement itself can be a profoundly healing and transformative experience.  It is an alignment of the mind, body, soul complex.

When we are in a state of balance, we are healthy - both physically and emotionally. When we are out of balance, we are in a state of dis-ease. By bringing balance and harmony to the system, Reiki helps the body and the mind to heal themselves. 

Reiki can help ease pain, relaxing tense muscles and speed up healing of minor injuries. On the mental level, it helps reduce stress and anxiety and providing more mental clarity. On an emotional level, Reiki can help mend the heart, past wounds and traumas. Spiritual growth is extremely important to many of us today, and when one is in a state of balance it is easier to meditate and pray, to listen to the inner voice and to act on higher guidance. The best way to truly understand Reiki is to have a personal experience of the energy. 

This is a two day comprehensive training which includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese style, and the Holy Fire® Energies. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. 

In addition, Holy Fire Reiki is a major upgrade to one’s energetic field, life and divine destiny. The ignition will transform your personal, professional and spiritual life as well as create a sense of harmony, balance and overall wellbeing.

This class may be attended online or in person.

What You Will Receive

Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I

• Learn about Reiki (what it is, expectations, the history, tradition and principles of Reiki)

• Basic concepts of energy for healing

• Receive a Reiki 1 attunement allowing Reiki energy to channel through you

• Learn how to offer Reiki to friends, family and yourself (and practice offering)

• Leave with tips on how to incorporate Reiki into your life

• Receive an official Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Certificate

• All levels are welcome
